It's quite obvious that Zimbabwe's unemployment rate towers over the other four countries. Due to this particular country's ridiculously high percentage of 95, the other countries' rates look miniscule. So in all fairness, Zimbabwe's rate should be taken out when comparing the rest. We can now see that Canada's unemployment rate is rather high, seeing that it is only about roughly 2% from reaching India's, which is the highest (excluding Zimbabwe).

Taking note of the graph on the right, it can be seen that Canada's unemployment rate has been able to stay consistent, so it's not affecting the economy in any pivotal way.
